Free online learning about cyberbullying for teens

Recommended for all high school year levels. Maximum 50 students per session.

Students will learn:

what are online bullying behaviours
how to challenge attitudes that foster online bullying
myths and facts of cyberbullying causes and effects
metal health impacts of cyberbullying
protective behaviours for dealing with cyberbullying

Optional alternatives:

effective help-seeking as a key protective factor to online safety
safe bystander ('upstander') behaviour online
how to have positive online interactions
conflict management with empathy, assertiveness, and impulse control
